Entity View

The Entity View window in the konaAI platform offers a detailed perspective on individual entities (customers, vendors, or employees). This window serves as a central hub for accessing primary information related to each entity and providing the capability to view associated transactions. This segment provides you with two functionalities

  1. Entity Filtering
  2. Entity Transaction Details

Note: By default, all transactions are displayed using the decimal system. However, konaAI offers the flexibility to view your data using whole numbers. Reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to understand how konaAI might customize your interface.

Entity Filtering

By default, all available entities are displayed here. You may set apply filter conditions to filter at the Entity Level. For example, you may wish to filter entities based on certain attributes, such as those that have a “remit to country” outside their own jurisdiction. This filter would display only entities with transactions involving foreign countries, making it easier to identify potential cross-border risks.

Additionally, you can apply filters based on specific test results that are flagged or a combination of tests. For instance, you may want to view entities with transactions that have been flagged as high-risk in multiple tests, helping to prioritize further investigation on entities with multiple risk indicators.

You can access the “Filters” option by clicking on the button located on the right side of the Entity View window, below the column button. Clicking on this option opens a filtering interface where you can select the desired criteria to narrow down the displayed entities.

Alternatively, you can apply filters by individually clicking on the top of each column. This allows for sorting entities based on specific attributes such as name, ID, or risk score, giving you more control over how the data is organized.

Finally, a filter feature is available across the top of the screen by risk category or test. You can apply all filters here.
