License Management

To view the status of your current agreement with konaAI, navigate to the license agreement tab in the left navigation menu. This tab provides an overview of your agreement with konaAI such as when your license is set to expire and how many users are permitted to access the application.  

Licenses set to expire within 30-days, receive a warring message at the top of their screen with the option to raise a renewal request through the application.  

Note: If the license has expired or the user limit has exceeded, the application will display the “License Management” screen immediately after login. 

Steps to Renew Your License

• To renew your existing license, select the “Request for New License” option on your screen. 

• Provide the requested details. 

• You can customize who receives the renewal request notification under “Users to be Notified”. 

• Click on “Save” for the renewal request to be sent to the specified personnel.
• Once a new license request has been raised, users will receive an email notifying them of the same.

• Upon request approval, you will receive a new license key.  

• Input, the new key (shared via email) under “Update the License Key” and click on “Update” to continue working on your project.
