konaAI application offers a seamless platform for managing your ERP systems' fraud and compliance analytics. Hosted on our highly secure network, the application web server is remotely connected to your web application. Our experienced team is readily available to address your queries and provide any support you need.
You can access the konaAI application through a standard web browser. Ensure you have the following prerequisites:
- A standard browser such as Microsoft Edge (not Microsoft Internet Explorer) or Google Chrome.
- For optimal performance, use the "InPrivate" browsing mode in Microsoft Edge or the Incognito mode in Google Chrome.
Login to your Account
Forms Authentication
All users must be pre-registered and authenticated through konaAI’s simple Database Authentication to be able to use the application. Upon completion of the authentication, the user will receive an email link with access to the application.
Using the email link, you can create your profile and sign in to the application. Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to the Project's page.
Click on the “Accept Invitation” button to open the konaAI application. All first-time users must accept the displayed agreement prior to creating their account.
Once you select “Agree”, you can create your profile and sign in to the application. Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to the Project’s page.
Steps to Login
konaAI application provides several ways for you to login to your account. You may have access to more than one type of login feature. The onboarding email will specify which type of login you may use to access the application.
- Use the URL provided in the email to sign in to the application.
- Enter a valid username (email address) and password.

- You may only use the pre-registered email address when creating your profile.
- Click “SIGN IN” to access the application.
- The ID and password are verified and cached on the application for the duration of the session.
Multi-factor Authentication
If Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled for your organization, choose the corresponding Microsoft, Microsoft Entra, Google, Okta, Auth0, or Workspace option as applicable.
Microsoft
On the login page, when you click on 'SIGN IN WITH MICROSOFT' and it is in an active state, you will be prompted to enter your valid Microsoft credentials or select an existing account. After successful validation of you Microsoft account, you will navigate to the projects page.
Auth0:
Auth0 serves as an identity provider and is one of our authentication methods used to validate users. In the Login Page after clicking on ‘SIGN IN WITH AUTH0’, you will be directed to an additional login screen. Here you must sign in with your Auth0 credentials to access the konaAI platform. After successful Auth0 validation, you will navigate to the projects page.
Okta
Okta is also the third-party Identity provider which still requires users to be validated and added to the konaAI platform. Click on ‘SIGN IN WITH OKTA’ on the login page to be redirected to the current Okta Login page. If your profile is already active and logged in to the Okta account, you will be directly logged on to the konaAI application.
Don’t Remember the Password?
The Forgot Password feature can be used, in case you do not remember your password.- Click on the “Forgot Password?” button on your login page.
- Enter your registered E-mail address.
- Submit your details to receive a reset link.
- Login into the registered email account and click on the email link sent to you.
- You will be redirected to the konaAI application.
- Reset your password here to log in to your account.
Note: This password reset feature is only available for database users i.e., those who initially created a password to access their account. Users logging in via email and password (SSO login) cannot reset their password
