The OCR configuration tab is only available to users with admin access and roles assigned OCR configuration functionality. This feature provides the user the opportunity to add to existing keywords list or modify the configured functionalities.
This feature consists of two tabs on the konaAI application:
Accessing OCR Configuration
- Open a project on the konaAI application
- Navigate to Project Management
- The OCR configuration tab is nested in this list
Configurations
This is the first tab under OCR configurations and provides a grid view of all configured functionalities that will affect your OCR functionality.
Edit Configuration
- Click on the blue edit icon under the “Action” column for a function that you wish to edit.
- A pop-up will appear on your screen displaying the current function.
- Edit the “value” field and click on the save button to ensure your modifications are added to the konaAI application.
Keyword Settings
konaAI comes equipped with several thousand keywords built into the application and designed to identify potential fraudulent transactions, instantaneously and can be customized with words more tailored to your analysis.
The Keyword setting of the OCR configuration tab allows the user to directly add keywords to the konaAI application.
- Navigate to the OCR configuration tab under the module Program Management.
- Click on the keywords tab, you will be taken to a new window on your screen.
- Select the appropriate category to view existing keywords added to the list.
- A tabular grid will be displayed on your screen with a list of all keywords in the selected category.
- Click on the green “Add" button to add a key word.
